At Serenity Custom Engraving, each product is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because our work is custom-made, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure clarity and fairness.
1. All Sales Are Final on Custom Orders
- Since every engraving is made to your unique specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
