Welcome to Serenity Custom Engraving! By using our website, placing an order, or interacting with us online, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order & Custom Work

• Custom Orders: All engraved items are personalized and made to order. Please ensure all spellings, dates and details are correct before submitting.
• Design Approval: For fully custom designs, we may send a digital proof for approval before engraving
• Turnaround Time: Standard production time is 7-10 business days, not including shipping. Rush orders may be accommodate upon request and availability.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in USD
• Payment is due at the time of order via our secure checkout process
• We accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or Cashapp
• Sales tax will be applied where applicable (Florida residents)

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within the U.S. via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx.
• Once shipped, Serenity Custom Engraving is NOT responsible for delays or damage caused during transit.
• Tracking information will be provided when available. 

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations once engraving has begun. 

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery with photos, and we'll make right. 

5. Intellectual Property

• All custom artwork, design, and logos created by Serenity Custom Engraving are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission
• We reserve the right to use images of completed projects for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise by the customer.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please see our [Privacy Policy] for details on how your data is collected and used. 

7. Limitation of Liability

Serenity Custom Engraving is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
